Since our goods are thoroughly checked before shipping, this shouldn't actually be the case. If it is the case, please send us an email DIRECTLY after receiving the goods to: customer.support@lily-co.uk with the subject COMPLAINT, your order number and a few photos of the defect and we will get back to you immediately.

Sure, you can exchange your order within two weeks of receiving it. You can easily exchange individual or multiple items in the returns portal. Simply select the exchange function and choose the item you want. As soon as your return has reached our warehouse and has been checked, an exchange will be sent to you automatically. Or you can simply place a new order and we will refund the shipping costs and adjust the value of your previous order.

After receiving your return, you will receive a cancellation confirmation of the items via email within approximately 5 working days. Your money will also be refunded to you within 14 working days via the original payment method.
